G11 Completes Acquisition of Pacific State Metals

G11 Resources Ltd ( G11 or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Pacific State Metals (Holdings) Pty Ltd ( PSM ) following shareholder approval which was sought at a general meeting of shareholders held on 6 November 2025.

The Company has today issued 183,200,000 fully paid ordinary shares to the vendors of PSM as consideration for the acquisition.

This announcement has been approved for release by the Board of Directors of G11 Resources Ltd.
