Subject: Intimation of Board meeting for declaration of Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2025‐26.

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 13[th] February 2026, inter alia to consider and approve the Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26.

Please note that the record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders for the said dividend, if declared, is being fixed as 19[th] February 2026.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 11[th] February 2026 till 17[th] February 2026 (both days inclusive).
