In accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the project “4‐laning of Aligarh‐Kanpur section from Km 289.000 (Design Chainage 302.108) to Km 356.000 (Design Chainage 373.085) (Package‐IV from Naviganj –Mitrasen) of NH‐91 in the State of Uttar Pradesh on Hybrid Annuity Mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana” of GR Aligarh Kanpur Highway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been completed. The Completion certificate has been issued by the Independent Engineer on 9[th] August 2024 and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from 9[th] August 2024.
