In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the "GR AMRITSAR BATHINDA HIGHWAY PRIVATE LIMITED" and "GR LUDHIANA RUPNAGAR HIGHWAY PRIVATE LIMITED" wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company have executed the concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India on 14th December 2021.
