Reference is made to:

(i) the Corporation's short form base shelf prospectus dated January 18, 2023, and all documents incorporated by reference therein (the "Prospectus"); and
(ii) the technical report entitled "Feasibility Study – NI 43-101 Technical Report Tocantinzinho Gold Project" dated December 10, 2021 and issued on February 9, 2022 (the "TZ Technical Report").

In connection with the filing of the Prospectus, I, Paulo Ricardo Behrens da Franca, a "qualified person" (as defined in Regulation 43-101 respecting Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects), hereby consent to: (i) the use of my name in connection with references to my involvement in the preparation of the TZ Technical Report; and (ii) the use of the TZ Technical Report in the Prospectus, including the inclusion in the Prospectus of information derived from, extracts from, or a summary of, the TZ Technical Report.

I also hereby confirm that I have read the Prospectus, including the documents incorporated by reference therein, and I have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained in the Prospectus that are:

(i) derived from sections of the TZ Technical Report that I am responsible for preparing; or
(ii) within my knowledge as a result of the services that I performed in connection with the TZ Technical Report.
