Purchaseof own SharesTheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 of Directive 2012/30 / EU of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 315, 14.11.2012, p. 74) andArt. 362 § 1 point 2 and 8 of the Commercial Companies Code herebyannounces that as part of the share buyback program, pursuant toResolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyunder the name G-Energy Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office inWarsaw of December 29, 2020 the year, about which the Issuer informed inthe current report EBI No.12/2020 of December 29, 2020, authorizing theManagement Board of the Company to purchase the Company's own shares, asa result of the submissions made via Dom Maklerski PKO BP SA brokerageorders on the NewConnect market purchased its own shares.-on December 28, 2022, the Issuer purchased 11,000 of the Issuer's ownshares at an average price of PLN 0.2902 per share. The total value ofthe acquired shares is PLN 3,192.31. The acquired shares constitute0.0113% of the Issuer's share capital and 0.0113% of votes at theIssuer's General Meeting-on December 30, 2022, it purchased 5,850 of the Issuer's own shares atan average price of PLN 0.3046 per share. The total value of theacquired shares is PLN 1,781.95.
