Purchaseof own SharesTheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 of Directive 2012/30 / EU of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 315, 14.11.2012, p. 74) andArt. 362 § 1 point 2 and 8 of the Commercial Companies Code herebyannounces that as part of the share buyback program, pursuant toResolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyunder the name G-Energy Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office inWarsaw of December 29, 2020 the year, about which the Issuer informed inthe current report EBI No.12/2020 of December 29, 2020, authorizing theManagement Board of the Company to purchase the Company's own shares, asa result of the submissions made via Dom Maklerski PKO BP SA brokerageorders on the NewConnect market purchased its own shares.-On February 21, 2022, the Issuer purchased 4,800 of the Issuer's ownshares at an average price of PLN 0.4047 per share. The total value ofthe acquired shares is PLN 1,942.85. The purchased shares represent0.0045% of the Issuer's share capital and 0.0045% of votes at theIssuer's General Meeting - on February 24, 2022, it purchased 4,400 ownshares of the Issuer at an average price amounting to PLN 0.3867 pershare. The total value of the purchased shares is PLN 1,701.51. Thepurchased shares represent 0.0045% of the Issuer's share capital and0.0045% of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting. - on February 25,2021, it purchased 16,600 own shares of the Issuer at an average priceof PLN 0.2893 per share. The total value of acquired shares is PLN4,803.43. The purchased shares represent 0.0171% of the Issuer's sharecapital and 0.0171% of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting. - onFebruary 28, 2021, it purchased 4,000 of the Issuer's own shares at anaverage price of PLN 0.3546 per share. The total value of purchasedshares is PLN 1,418.53.
