Purchaseof own SharesTheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 of Directive 2012/30 / EU of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 315, 14.11.2012, p. 74) andArt. 362 § 1 point 2 and 8 of the Commercial Companies Code herebyannounces that as part of the share buyback program, pursuant toResolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyunder the name G-Energy Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office inWarsaw of December 29, 2020 the year, about which the Issuer informed inthe current report EBI No.12/2020 of December 29, 2020, authorizing theManagement Board of the Company to purchase the Company's own shares, asa result of the submissions made via Dom Maklerski PKO BP SA brokerageorders on the NewConnect market purchased its own shares.-on September 20, 2022, it purchased 2,770 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price of PLN 0.2810 per share. The total value of the purchasedshares is PLN 778.37. The purchased shares represent 0.0028% of theIssuer's share capital and 0.0028% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting-on September 21, 2022, it purchased 2,000 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price of PLN 0.2810 per share. The total value of purchasedshares is PLN 562.00. The purchased shares represent 0.0020% of theIssuer's share capital and 0.0020% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting-on September 22, 2022, 2022, it purchased 3,230 own shares of the Issuerat an average price of PLN 0.2980 per share. The total value of theacquired shares is PLN 962.54. The purchased shares represent 0.0033% ofthe Issuer's share capital and 0.0033% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting.-On September 27, 2022, it purchased 1,000 treasury shares of the Issuerat an average price of PLN 0.2810 per share. The total value ofpurchased shares is PLN 281.00. The purchased shares represent 0.0010%of the Issuer's share capital and 0.0010% of votes at the Issuer'sGeneral MeetingThetotal number of own shares owned by the Issuer, taking into account theabove transactions, amounts to 321,200 shares, which constitute 0.3311%of the share capital of the Company and 0.3311% of votes at the GeneralMeeting of the Issuer
