Purchaseof own SharesTheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (_quot;Issuer_quot;_quot;Company_quot;), pursuant to Art. 21 sec. 1 of Directive 2012/30 / EU of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council (OJ L 315, 14.11.2012, p. 74) andArt. 362 § 1 point 2 and 8 of the Commercial Companies Code herebyannounces that as part of the share buyback program, pursuant toResolution No. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyunder the name G-Energy Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office inWarsaw of December 29, 2020 the year, about which the Issuer informed inthe current report EBI No.12/2020 of December 29, 2020, authorizing theManagement Board of the Company to purchase the Company's own shares, asa result of the submissions made via Dom Maklerski PKO BP SA brokerageorders on the NewConnect market purchased its own shares.-on November 24, 2021, it purchased 1,802 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price of PLN 0.379 per share. The total value of the purchasedshares is PLN 682.96. The purchased shares represent 0.00185% of theIssuer's share capital and 0.00185% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting.-on November 25, 2021, it purchased 4198 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price amounting to PLN 0.3785 per share. The total value ofpurchased shares is PLN 1,588.94. The purchased shares represent 0.0043%of the Issuer's share capital and 0.0043% of votes at the Issuer'sGeneral Meeting.-on November 26, 2021, it purchased 5,000 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price of PLN 0.39 per share. The total value of purchased sharesis PLN 1,966.73. The purchased shares represent 0.00515% of the Issuer'sshare capital and 0.00515% of votes at the Issuer's General Meeting.-on December 1, 2021, it purchased 221 of the Issuer's own shares at anaverage price of PLN 0.3715 per share. The total value of the purchasedshares is PLN 82.10. The purchased shares represent 0.0002% of theIssuer's share capital and 0.0002% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting.-on December 2, 2021, it purchased 4,779 own shares of the Issuer at anaverage price amounting to PLN 0.3715 per share. The total value of thepurchased shares is PLN 82.10. The purchased shares represent 0.0049% ofthe Issuer's share capital and 0.0049% of votes at the Issuer's GeneralMeeting.Thetotal number of own shares owned by the Issuer, taking into account theabove-mentioned transactions, is 184,000 shares, which constitute0.1897% of the share capital of the Company and 0.1897% of votes at theGeneral Meeting of the Issuer.
