Conclusionof a significant Agreement.ManagementBoard of G-Energy S.A. (GENERGY, Issuer, Subcontractor) with itsregistered office in Warsaw informs that today it received anotification of signing a Subcontracting Agreement for the constructionand commissioning of a W/C gas station in the area of operation of theGas Plant Branch in Kraków - in Klucze (Roboty), in accordance with theproject documentation, which will jointly constitute the subject of theAgreement concluded by the Issuer with the company KOTŁO-REM Sędziszówsp. z o.o. based in Sędziszów (KOTŁO-REM, Contractor).Thesubject matter of the Agreement is the Issuer's obligation to build andcommission a W/C gas station on the area of operation of Polska SpółkaGazownictwa, Zakład Gazowniczy Branch in Kraków - in Klucze (Roboty), inaccordance with the design documentation (Project). The subject of theAgreement includes in particular: 1) construction of: a) a high-pressurereduction and measurement gas station with a capacity of 6300 Nm3/h, 2)delivery of starting media - if required, 3) performance of worksaccompanying the construction.Thedate of technical acceptance of the Works has been set for November 30,2023. The actual date of technical acceptance of the Works is the dateof signing the technical acceptance report by the Parties withoutreservations. The deadline for the final acceptance of the Works hasbeen set for December 29, 2023.Forthe performance of the Subject of the Agreement, the Subcontractor willreceive a total remuneration not exceeding PLN 3,500,000.00 net (inwords: three million five hundred thousand zlotys, 00/100).Otherdetailed terms and conditions of the above agreements do not differ fromthose commonly used in this type of agreements.legalbasis:
