Notification pursuant to art. 69 - Act on PublicOffering (Correction)

Management Board of G-Energy S.A. (GENERGY, theCompany, the Issuer) informs that the content of the ESPI 20/2021 reportby the Issuer mistakenly indicated a different content of the change ofshareholding by a shareholder. The Company informs that the content ofthe shareholder's notification itself remains unchanged and the error isa mistake in presenting the content of another report concerning adifferent legal basis for the same transaction.Thefollowing is the correct content that reflects the change:ManagementBoard of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company", "Issuer")informs that yesterday in the evening it received a notification fromthe shareholder, Mr. Grzegorz Ceter, of the sale of shares resulting inexceeding the threshold referred to in Art. 69 sec. 1 point 2 and art.69 sec. 4 of the Act of July 29, 2005 - on public offering and theconditions for introducing financial instruments to an organized tradingsystem and on public companies (ie Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 185,item 1439, the content of which is enclosed by the Issuer in theattachment to the report .
