Selectingthe jointly controlled companyofferas the most advantageous in proceedings conducted in an open privatetender.TheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. (GENERGY, Company, Issuer) with itsregistered office in Warsaw informs that on May 11, 2019, a jointlycontrolled entity - Politerm sp. z o.o. based in Katowice (Politerm) wasnotified of the outcome of non-public proceedings for the award of thecontract for the task: Making post-investment connections of mediumpressure gas from PE in the Twardogóra Branch, the commune of Czernica,Jelcz-Laskowice, Ścinawa, Prochowice and Malczyce.

Investor- G.EN. GAZ ENERGIA Sp. z o. o., based in Tarnowo Podgórne, - notifiedPoliterm of the outcome of the procedure in which GENERGY's offer waschosen as the most advantageous.

Thesubject of the investment will be a design and executive contractconcluded for the period from 08/05/2020 , but not earlier than from thedate of signing the Agreement until 30/04/2021, the subject of which isthe implementation of:

I.connections of medium pressure gas from PE, from gas distributionnetworks belonging to the Investor to the client's property or specificplaces.

II.Construction of medium pressure gas connections from PE pipes from theInvestor's active gas network to the clients' real estate, gas reductionpoint or editor-in-house, gas unit or gas station, within the Investor'sarea of ​​activity, called the Twardogóra Area, covering themunicipalities of: Czernica, Jelcz -Laskowice, Ścinawa, Prochowice andMalczyce.

III.Execution of foundations for a gas station, gas unit or red - gas pointin accordance with technical conditions and construction design,

IV.Implementation of the shut-off and bleeding systems of gas stations, ifany, together with steel inlet and outlet pipes connecting the systemsto the station,

V.Conducting required tests and measurements.

TheCompany will be entitled to remuneration depending on the actual scopeof work performed, calculated on the basis of unit rates contained inthe Agreement, with the estimated value of the Order being in theopinion of Politerm will be less than PLN 3,000,000, with the expectedvalue of about PLN 4,000,000 net.

Theoffer also includes making fragments of medium pressure gas distributionnetworks.

Politermand GENERGY will conduct negotiations on a subcontract agreement inwhich the Issuer would act as a subcontractor in part of the task. Thevalue of the Subcontracting Agreement as at the date of this report hasnot been determined.

Currently,the parties are preparing documents for the conclusion of the Agreement.
