Zakład Gazowniczybranch in Zabrze - divided into 6 lots ". Code of conduct: 2020 / W100 /WNP-027805 .TheIssuer presented an offer for part of the Area No. 29 covering the cityof Jaworzno, the city of Imielin and 30 covering the city of Mysłowice,within the area of ​​the Gasworks in Jaworzno.Thesubject of the contract are tasks consisting in the design andconstruction of PE medium and low pressure gas pipelines in the diameterrange from DN 32 to DN 160 with gas connections in the diameter rangefrom DN 25 to DN 63 and the design and construction of PE medium and lowpressure gas connections in the scope of diameters from DN 25 to DN 63with gas points with bellows gas meters from GM10 to GM40 related to theconnection of new customers in the area covered by Polska SpółkaGazownictwa sp. z oo Branch Zakład Gazowniczy in Zabrze The subject ofthe contract has been divided into Areas (parts of the Order).Theframework agreement concluded between the parties will be valid for aperiod of 24 months from the date of its signing or until theremuneration due to the Issuer is exhausted. The forecast number of unitorders over a period of 12 months for the area 29 and 30 available tothe issuer is at least 72 ordersGENERGYwill be entitled to remuneration in the amount of at least PLN1,000,000.00 (one million zlotys) net. This amount will be increased bythe due tax on goods and services (VAT).Currently,the Issuer is after Stage II - price negotiations, in which he obtainedthe maximum amount of 100 points.
