Theselection of the Company's offer in an open tender procedure with thedetermination of the value of the Agreement.ManagementBoard of G-Energy S.A. (GENERGY, the Company, the Issuer) with itsregistered office in Warsaw informs that today the Company has beennotified of the settlement of the non-public procedure conducted in theform of an open tender for the award of a contract for the task: Makingconnections with gas consumption up to 10 m3 / h in diameters from 25 PEuntil 63 PE from the existing gas pipelines on the basis of a frameworkagreement within the area of ​​OZG in Wrocław, covering the area of​​the following poviats: Wrocław, Średzki, commune Wisznia Mała,organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp.z o.o. based in Tarnów,together with the maximum value of the Agreement.Orderingparty - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o. o. Branch Zakład Gazowniczyin Wrocław - notified the Issuer of the outcome of the procedure,together with the proposal to sign the Agreement, the value of which wasprovided today.TheIssuer will be obliged to successively implement individual tasksconsisting in the comprehensive implementation of line facilities in theform of medium and low pressure gas connections with gas consumption upto 10 m3 / h in the range of diameters from dn 25 PE to dn 63 PE fromthe existing gas pipelines (Connections), in the area of ​​operationpoviats: Wrocław, Średzki, commune Wisznia Mała, on the basis ofindividual orders, submitted as the Ordering Party's needs arise,including the preparation of project documentation for Connections(Projects) and the construction and commissioning of the Connection(Works) or only Works, which will jointly constitute the subject of theAgreement.TheCompany will be entitled to remuneration depending on the actual scopeof the works performed, calculated on the basis of the unit ratesincluded in the Agreement, on the basis of the material scope performedand included in the final acceptance protocol. The value of activeorders (i.e. tasks in progress prior to technical acceptance) awarded tothe Contractor may not exceed 100% of his highest annual income obtainedin the last three years. The Ordering Party also reserves that the valueof the orders may not exceed the value of the task anticipated by theOrdering Party, i.e. the amount of PLN 12,595,482.00 (say: twelvemillion five hundred ninety five thousand four hundred eighty twozlotys). In the event that the value of the orders reaches this amount,the Ordering Party will suspend the granting of orders to the Contractoruntil the granted active orders are completed and the above limit isreleased.TheIssuer is obliged to implement the Subject of the Agreement within 24months from the date of the Agreement.
