Selecting the offer of the Consortium with theparticipation of the jointly controlled company as the most advantageousin the procedure conducted in the form of a non-public open tender.TheManagement Board of G-Energy S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (GENERGY,Issuer) announces to the public that the jointly controlled company ZPBPoliterm Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Katowice (Politerm) receivedyesterday information on the settlement of non-public proceedingsconducted in the form of an open tender for the award of a contractorganized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp.z o.o. Branch in Krakow on thebasis of the management decision of the Branch Directorate of 19/01/2020in the procedure conducted in the open tender procedure for the subjectof the contract entitled: "Reconstruction of the gas pipeline on PEdated 250 in month Poręba Wielka and Budzyń commune Wolbrom along withthe preparation of design documentation "(the order is not subject tothe provisions of the Public Procurement Law), case reference numberPSGKR.ZZSP.902.620.20., In which the offer of the Consortium withPoliterm was selected as the most advantageous (number of points 100).Inthe procedure, the consortium of companies was selected as the bestoffer: Lider- BWP sp.z o.o., Dąbrowa Górnicza; Partner- ZakładProdukcyjno- Badatowy Politerm Sp. z o.o., Katowice, for the price: PLN4,000,000.00. Politerm will be entitled to remuneration in the amount ofnot less than PLN 2,000,000.00 NET (in words: two million zlotys). Thisamount will be increased by the VAT due.Thesubject of the contract is the comprehensive performance of worksrelated to the reconstruction of the gas pipeline to PE on 250 in themonth. Poręba Wielka and Budzyń commune Wolbrom together with thepreparation of design documentation - a task under the implementation ofthe connection agreement for the medium pressure gas pipeline.PSGstipulated that no protest or appeal may be lodged, and the parties arepreparing documents for the conclusion of the Agreement.Politermand GENERGY have started negotiations on a subcontracting agreement inwhich the Issuer would act as a subcontractor in part of the task.
