NOTIFICATION OF EXCEEDING THE 10% THRESHOLD OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF VOTESAT THE ISSUER'S GENERAL MEETINGManagement Board of G-Energy S.A.with its seat in Warsaw (GENERGY, the Company, the Issuer), actingpursuant to Art. 70 paragraph. 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies, announces to the public thatyesterday (Sunday) he received a notification from Mr. Grzegorz Ceterpursuant to Art. 69 sec. .1 point 1) of the Act of July 29, 2005 onpublic offering and the conditions for introducing financial instrumentsto an organized trading system and on public companies that, as a resultof the settlement of the transaction made on December 17, 2021, theshareholder, Mr. Grzegorz Cetera, notified GENERGY about increasing itsshare in the total number of votes of the Company to the level above 10%of the total number of votes at the Issuer's general meeting.Enclosed,the Issuer presents the content of the notification in question:Legalbasis:art. 70 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
