The Management Board of G-Energy S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw ("the Company") acting in the performance ofits obligations under Art. 19 paragraph 3 Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ofthe European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on marketabuse (Regulation on market abuse) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / ECof the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directive2003/124 / EC, 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC ("MAR Regulation") herebyinforms that yesterday in the evening the Company received anotification from Mr. Grzegorz Cetera President of the Issuer'sManagement Board pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 1 of the MAR Regulation("Notifications").
