In accordance with Rule 2.9 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Future confirms that, as at the close of business on 10 February 2021, it had 98,015,282 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
