The attached individual notification made under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relate to the issuance of an award under the terms of the Future plc Performance Share Plan ("PSP").  This announcement is made in accordance with article 19.3 of MAR.

The PSP Award will vest three years from the date of grant, at no cost to the participant, in accordance with the rules of the PSP provided that the participant remains in employment of the Group at the vesting date and subject to performance targets having been met. Vesting of the PSP Award is subject to both EPS and Absolute TSR performance conditions. The number of shares shown below represents the potential maximum if all the performance conditions are achieved in full.
