Further to the announcement earlier today by Future plc, a copy of the prospectus dated 18 October 2016 (the "Prospectus") relating to the admission of 179,567,841 new Future shares has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
