Future plc (the "Company")

Change of listing category on the Official List

Future plc announces that following the passing of a special resolution by its shareholders at the General Meeting on 15 July 2014, the UK Listing Authority has approved the transfer of the listing category of all of the Company's existing ordinary shares from the "premium listing (commercial company)" segment to the "standard listing (shares)" segment of the Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 5.4A (the "Transfer"). The Transfer will have effect from 8.00am today.
