The Company was notified on 24 September 2020 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 100,831 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 24 September 2020 at a price of 1871.22p per share.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.

Following this transaction, a total of 936,249 shares representing 0.96% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
