EBT Share Purchase
The Company was notified on 14 July 2020 by the Trustee of The Future plc Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT") that the EBT had purchased 240,170 ordinary shares of 15 pence each in the Company on 14 July 2020 at a price of 1199.07p per share.
The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, including the Executive Directors of the Company.
Following this transaction, a total of 1,189,709 shares representing 1.214% of the Company's total voting rights, are held in the EBT.
