Publication of Supplementary Circular

Further to the announcement made on 30 October 2019 by Future plc (LSE: FUTR, "Future" or the "Company") in relation to the acquisition of TI Media (the "Acquisition"), Future announces that a supplementary circular relating to the Acquisition (the "Supplementary Circular") that contains the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2019 will be posted to Future's Shareholders today.

This Supplementary Circular is supplementary to and must be read in conjunction with the Circular dated 5 November 2019 previously sent to Shareholders and available on Future's website (www.futureplc.com) which provides notice of the General Meeting relating to the Acquisition to be held at 9.00 a.m. (GMT) on 25 November 2019 at the offices of Future at 1-10 Praed Mews, Paddington, London, W2 1QV.

The Supplementary Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. In addition, the Supplementary Circular is available to view on the Company's website (www.futureplc.com) and will be available for inspection at the offices of Future at 1-10 Praed Mews, Paddington, London, W2 1QV.
