Publication of Circular

Further to the announcement made on 30 October 2019 by Future plc (LSE: FUTR, "Future" or the Company") in relation to the acquisition of TI Media, Future announces that a circular dated 5 November 2019 has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") (the "Circular").

Copies of the Circular and a Form of Proxy in relation to the general meeting will be posted to Future shareholders today. The Circular contains a notice of general meeting of the Company's shareholders to be convened at 9 a.m. (GMT) on 25 November 2019 at the offices of Future at 1-10 Praed Mews, Paddington, London, W2 1QV. The procedures and timings for the appointment of a proxy are set out in the notes to the notice of the general meeting at the back of the Circular.

The Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. In addition, the Circular is available to view on the Company's website (www.futureplc.com) and will be available for inspection at the offices of Future at 1-10 Praed Mews, Paddington, London, W2 1QV.
