Completion of Disposal of Sport and Craft titles

Further to the Company's announcement on 15 July 2014 concerning the approval by shareholders of the resolution relating to the Disposal, the sale by the Company of a portfolio comprising the Sports titles and the Craft titles to Immediate Media Company Bristol Limited has completed today, Monday 21 July 2014.

Terms defined in the circular sent to shareholders on 26 June 2014 have the same meanings in this announcement.
