The attached individual notifications made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relate to the issuance of awards under the terms of the Future plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan ("DABS") to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").
On 17 December 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Company's approved Remuneration Policy, the Company granted the following conditional awards over Ordinary Shares of 15p each. The DABS Award will vest two years from the date of the bonus payment, at no cost to the participant, in accordance with the rules of the DABS.
