In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Zillah Byng-Thorne, Chief Executive of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Paddy Power Betfair plc, the London Stock Exchange listed company, with effect from 2 February 2016. Ms Byng-Thorne has also resigned as a non-executive director of Betfair Group plc with effect from 2 February 2016.
