Directorate change

Future plc (LSE: FUTR, "Future", "the Group"), the international media group, announces that Mark Wood, non-executive director, has decided not to seek re-election to the Board at the AGM in February 2016, owing to other commitments.

Following the AGM, the Board will be made up of two independent non-executive directors, an independent non-executive chairman plus the two executive directors.

Peter Allen, Chairman, commented:
