Future announces appointment of Penny Ladkin-Brand as new CFO

Future, the international media group, today announces the appointment of Penny Ladkin-Brand as CFO and Company Secretary of Future plc with effect from 3rd August 2015. 

Penny has been Interim CFO at Future plc since June, prior to which she was Commercial Director at Auto Trader Group plc. Penny is a chartered accountant with a background in digital media and expertise in digital monetisation models. 

Zillah Byng-Maddick said: "I am delighted to welcome Penny to Future. She brings with her a wealth of digital media experience."

There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
