Future plc (LSE: FUTR, "Future", "the Group"), the international media group, announces that Richard Haley, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, has decided to step down from the Board and resign from the Company but plans to remain in his role to ensure an orderly handover.

Zillah Byng-Maddick, Future's Chief Executive, said:

"Richard has made a valuable and significant contribution to the Group as we transform the business to profitability.

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank him and wish him every success for the future."
