Future appoints Richard Haley as new CFO

Future, the international media group, today announces the appointment of Richard Haley as CFO and Company Secretary of Future plc with effect from 1 October 2014. 

Richard is currently Finance Director for Tesco Extras UK, prior to which he was Group Financial Controller for Tesco plc.

Zillah Byng-Maddick, Chief Executive Officer, said: "Richard brings a wealth of experience within the retail sector and is of enormous value to us as we continue with the Transformation plans already announced."

There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.
