Future plc (LSE: FUTR), the international special-interest media group, can announce that all resolutions put to its Annual General Meeting today were duly passed on a show of hands. The proxy figures for the resolutions proposed were as shown below.
All of the resolutions put to the meeting related to Ordinary business.
