Admission of Consideration Shares

Future Metals NL (ASX | AIM: FME) ("Future Metals" or the "Company") announces that, further to its announcement on 17 January 2023, the Company has issued 3,500,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Consideration Shares") to Octava Minerals Limited which will be escrowed for 12 months pursuant to the terms of the farm-in arrangement.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the 3,500,000 Consideration Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Consideration Shares will commence on AIM at 8.00 a.m. (London time) on or around 25 January 2023.

On Admission, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue and the total voting rights in the Company will be 413,204,037. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the notification provisions incorporated in the Company's constitution.
