Future Metals NL (ASX: FME) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Future Metals NL (‘FME’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of FME, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 15 December 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

FUTURE METALS NL – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Future Metals NL ( ASX|AIM: FME ) (“the Company ”) requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 15 December 2023 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and does not have any other information about the trading halt that is necessary to inform the market.

The trading halt request has been authorised by the Board.
