("Future Metals" or the "Company")
Grant of Director Performance Rights
Further to the approval of Resolution 9 at its recent Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Company announces that it has today issued 2,000,000 Performance Rights to Elizabeth Henson (Non-Executive Director) on the terms and conditions set out in the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Notice of AGM. The Director Performance Rights are exercisable for nil consideration up to and including 11 June 2024.
The Performance Rights will vest upon:
a) The Volume Weighted Average Price over a period of 20 consecutive trading days on the ASX being at least 30 cents (0.16 GBP at the previous day's exchange rate); and
b) Ms Henson remaining a Non-Executive Director for a continuous period of 12 months.
