Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX | AIM: RMP) was informed on 8 March 2016 that following the purchase of 6,664,695 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.2 cents per share between 7 January 2016 and 8 March 2016, Seventy Three Pty Limited now holds 29,311,642 Ordinary Shares, equating to 6.89 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.

For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the applicable threshold was crossed on 4 March 2016.
