Exercise of Panton Option
Future Metals NL (formerly named Red Emperor Resources NL) (ACN 124 734 961) (Future Metals or Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of the Panton PGM Project.
The Company has completed acquisition of the issued capital of Great Northern Palladium Pty Ltd (ACN 645 861 196) (GNP), and GNP has exercised the option under the Share Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 6 December 2020 between Panoramic Resources Limited (Panoramic), Panton Sill Pty Ltd (ACN 157 842 530) (Panton Sill) and GNP to acquire the remaining 20% of the issued capital of Panton Sill that GNP does not already hold (Panton Option). Settlement of the Panton Option, including payment of the $3,000,000 consideration to Panoramic, took place on 16 June 2021.
The Company now controls 100% of the Panton PGM Project.
