Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME ) announces that Mr Justin Tremain will step down as a Non-Executive Director of Future Metals effective at the conclusion of the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting on 21 November 2024 due to increased commitments with his executive role at another ASX listed company. Mr Tremain has been a director of Future Metals since June 2021, including over two years as Non-Executive Chair.

The Company's Chairman, Patrick Walta, commented :

"On behalf of the Board and shareholders, we'd like to extend our thanks to Justin for his invaluable service to Future Metals and sharing his wealth of knowledge and experience. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors."

The Company is not seeking to appoint another Non-Executive Director at this time.
