Jardee Kininmonth Appointed as Managing Director

Future Metals NL ("Future Metals" or the "Company", ASX | AIM: FME), a platinum group metals ("PGM") focussed company, is pleased to announce that Mr Jardee Kininmonth, Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Future Metals, has been appointed to the Board as Managing Director with effect from 11 May 2022. Mr Kininmonth was previously appointed as CEO on 31 January 2022.

In addition, the Company has appointed Mr Tom O'Rourke as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (non-board position), to ultimately replace long-serving Finance Director and Company Secretary, Mr Aaron Bertolatti. Mr O'Rourke is a qualified chartered accountant, who will provide these services to the Company under a consulting agreement with Grange Consulting Group, a boutique provider of Company Secretarial and Financial Services.

Mr Bertolatti will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director for a transitional period to ensure an orderly handover of his responsibilities.

Future Metals' Chairman, Justin Tremain, commented:

He has contributed significantly towards the Company's transition into becoming a project developer by clearly defining the strategy and building out the team as the Company works towards delivering an updated JORC Mineral Resource Estimate for the Panton PGM Project in the coming weeks. AIM Rules for Companies, Schedule 2(g) Disclosures

As required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that Jardee Naughtin Kininmonth, aged 29, is currently a director/partner, or has been a director/partner in the past five years, of the companies listed below:

There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Mr Kininmonth's remuneration will remain unchanged from that disclosed previously.
