Red Emperor Resources NL (ASX: RMP | AIM: RMP) advises that following shareholder approval and completion of recent capital raisings, the Company's updated statement of commitments is set out below:

Notes:

1. The Company is committed to spend US$5.6 million on the Georgian Project and has invested A$2,557,500 to date (assuming an exchange rate of AUD$0.95 to USD$1).

2. The Company is committed to contributing 30% of the costs of drilling one exploration well on the Dharoor Valley Project, Puntland and has invested A$1,085,807 to date. The Company has an option to participate in the Nugaal Valley Puntland Project.

3. The exploration expenditure on the projects is anticipated to be incurred in the next 12 months.
