On June 13, 2025, Future FinTech Group Inc. (the “Company”) received a resignation letter from Mr. Peng Lei to resign from his position as the Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) of the Company, effective on June 15, 2025. Mr. Lei’s resignation is not because of any disagreement with the Company, its management and directors.
