The above application is filed by the committee of creditor of Future Enterprises Limited through Central Bank of India, applicant seeking appointment of Mr. Avil Menezes as Resolution Professional in place of Mr. Jitendra Kothari, IRP.

The applicant submits that Mr. Jitendra Kothari was appointed as IRP vide order dated 27.02.2023. The applicant further submits that due to various reasons, the COC intends to replace the IRP and accordingly passed a resolution with regard to the same with 66.98% voting share in its 3[rd] meeting held on 22[nd] May 2023.

Accordingly, the above application is allowed appointing Mr. Avil Menezes having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00017/2016-2017/10041 as Resolution Professional in place of Mr. Jitendra Kothari.

With the above direction, the above I.A. 2614/2023 is disposed of .

Registry is directed to list this matter as and new application is filed.
