This is to inform you that, Mr. Haresh Chawla, an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the position with effect from March 31, 2020.

In his resignation letter, he has stated that “given that the digital project of the Company is no more an immediate priority and his pre-occupation with other responsibilities in other companies” as the reason for resignation. He has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than what is stated in his letter in relation to his resignation.
