With reference to your e-mail sought clarification for resignation of Mr. Haresh Chawla as an independent director, in this regard, we state that both the details mentioned in para 2 of the intimation of resignation filed by the Company with exchange, which was reproduced below:

In his resignation letter, he has stated that “given that the digital project of the Company is no more an immediate priority and his pre-occupation with other responsibilities in other companies” as the reason for resignation. He has also confirmed that there is no other material reason other than what is stated in his letter in relation to his resignation.
