DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Future Data Group Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 5 November 2021 for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the unaudited third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the nine months ended 30 September 2021 for publication and considering the payment of an interim dividend, if any.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. Suh Seung Hyun, Mr. Phung Nhuong Giang, Mr. Lee Seung Han, Mr. Ryoo Seong Ryul and Mr. Tao Guolin, and the independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. Wong Sik Kei, Mr. Sum Chun Ho and Mr. Yung Kai Tai.
