CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF BOARD COMMITTEES

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of Future Data Group Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that with effect from 8 November 2019, Mr. Phung Nhuong Giang (“ Mr. Phung ”) has resigned as a member of each of the remuneration committee (the “ Remuneration Committee ”) and the nomination committee (the “ Nomination Committee ”) of the Company and Mr. Sum Chun Ho, currently one of the independent nonexecutive directors and the chairman of the audit committee of the Company, has been appointed as a member of each of the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Mr. Phung shall remain as an executive director and the Deputy Chairman of the Company.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. Suh Seung Hyun, Mr. Phung Nhuong Giang, Mr. Lee Seung Han and Mr. Ryoo Seong Ryul, and the independent nonexecutive directors of the Company are Mr. Wong Sik Kei, Mr. Sum Chun Ho and Mr. Yung Kai Tai.
