CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the announcement of Future Data Group Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 5 October 2023 (the “ Announcement ”) in relation to the grant of share options. Unless otherwise indicated, the capitalized terms have the same meanings as ascribed to in the Announcement.

Due to the inadvertent mistake, it was wrongly stated in the Announcement that the exercise price of the Share Options granted was HK$0.826 per share, and the average closing price of the Shares as stated in the daily quotation sheets issued by the Stock Exchange for the five business days immediately preceding the date of grant on 5 October 2023 (the “ Date of Grant ”) was HK$0.826 per Share.

The Board would like to clarify that (i) the exercise price of Share Options granted would have been and was restated as HK$0.84 per Share, pursuant to the Share Option Scheme and in compliance with Rule 23.03E of the GEM Listing Rules; and (ii) the average closing price of the Shares as stated in the daily quotation sheets issued by the Stock Exchange for the five business days immediately preceding the Date of Grant would have been and was restated as HK$0.84.

Except for the restatement of the exercise price of Share Options granted and average closing price of the Shares as stated in the daily quotation sheets issued by the Stock Exchange for the five business days immediately preceding the Date of Grant as disclosed in the Announcement, the contents of the Announcement remain full and complete and accurate in material aspect.
