Change to Supervisory Board

The chairman of the Supervisory Board of Funkwerk AG (ISIN: DE 0005753149),
Mr Maximilian Ardelt (Dipl. Ing.), resigned from office at the board
meeting held last Friday; he will remain on the Supervisory Board. His
previous deputy, Mr Alfons Hörmann, was appointed the new chairman of the
board, with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerhard Fettweis as his deputy.
