DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company wishes to advise that Chief Executive Simon Emeny has transferred 1,700 ‘A’ Ordinary 40p Shares in the Company at nil cost to his wife, Selina Emeny.

Mr Emeny has also sold 1,700 ‘A’ shares at £11.80 per share.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
